Angus D. & Mary T. Phillips Memorial Scholarship

The Angus D & Mary T. Phillips Memorial Scholarship will benefit students who have been enrolled a second-year at Richmond Community College in the ADN Program. The recipient’s first year ADN GPA will not be less than a “B” average. You must submit an application through the Richmond Community College Financial Aid Office, transcripts from first year of studies at Richmond Community College, and two letters of recommendation attesting the applicant’s ability and character.
