Angus D. & Mary T. Phillips Memorial Scholarship

The Angus D & Mary T. Phillips Memorial Scholarship will benefit students who have been enrolled a second-year at Richmond Community College in the ADN Program. The recipient’s first year ADN GPA will not be less than a “B” average. You must submit an application through the Richmond Community College Financial Aid Office.
