Harry T. & George Brown Craftsman Scholarship

To be eligible for the Harry T. and George W. Brown Craftsman’s Continuing Education Endowed Scholarship, an individual must be a legal resident of Richmond or Scotland County in North Carolina. Preference will be given to carpentry, electrical, plumbing masonary, and other construction related courses and programs in that order.
