Benny & Connie Parsons Memorial Scholarship

The Benny & Connie Parsons Memorial Scholarship was created to benefit RichmondCC students with at least 2.8 unweighted high school GPA or a 2.5 college GPA. Preference will be given to students residing in the Ellerbe area of Richmond County.
