Meg C. Queen Memorial Scholarship

The Meg C. Queen Scholarship will be awarded annually to a first year student enrolled in a vocational, technical, or college transfer-curriculum at Richmond Community College. A recipient must demonstrate scholastic promise, academic achievement and financial need. The scholarship will be renewable for second year of study upon satisfactory academic performance.
