Richard Thorpe Memorial Scholarship

The Richard Thorpe Memorial Scholarship was established by Mr. Bobby E. Singletary to benefit a first-year student of Richmond Community College enrolled in a vocational, technical or college transfer curriculum program. Must be a resident of Richmond County. Special consideration for applicants with family members, living or deceased, associated with the textile industry in Richmond County.
