Jean & John Smith, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

The Jean and John Benjamin Smith, Jr. Memorial Scholarship was established in tribute to the memories of Jean & John Smith, Jr. Recipient must be a resident of Richmond County who is enrolled at Richmond Community College full time, in a vocational, technical, or college transfer curriculum. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
