Phil Dawkins Memorial Scholarship

The Phil Dawkins Memorial Scholarship was established to benefit students who do not receive Pell Grant. Student must be enrolled in a curriculum program working toward an Associate Degree. Must be a Richmond County resident and have at least a 2.5 GPA.
