To be eligible for the Harry T. and George W. Brown Craftsman’s Continuing Education Endowed Scholarship, an individual must be a legal resident of Richmond or Scotland County in North Carolina. The recipient of this student must be enrolled in a Engineering and Technical Trades program at RichmondCC.
