Jackson L. Dawkins, Jr. Scholarship

The Jackson L. Dawkins, Jr. Scholarship was established to benefit students enrolled in Richmond Community College. To be eligible you must be enrolled in a vocational, technical, or college transfer curriculum. You must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
