D. D. & Esta C. Wicker Memorial Scholarship

The D.D. and Esta C. Wicker Memorial Scholarship was established to benefit students entering a college transferable curriculum at Richmond Community College. Recipients must be a resident of Richmond County and must demonstrate scholastic promise, academic achievement and financial need.
