Russell E. Bennett, III Memorial Scholarship

The Russell R. Bennett, III Scholarship is to benefit students enrolled in any Engineering Technologies curriculum at Richmond Community College. Recipient must be accepted for enrollment as a first-year, full- time student and be a resident of Richmond County. Student must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
