Vera Anderson Rose Memorial Scholarship

The Vera Anderson Rose Memorial Scholarship was established to benefit a student who has been accepted into the Richmond Community College Associate Degree Nursing program. Student must be a resident of Richmond or Scotland County. Selection will be based on a combination of need and merit.
