Emma Lou Daniels Brown Memorial Scholarship

The Emma Lou Daniels Brown Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in the first year of an associate degree curriculum who demonstrates scholastic promise, academic achievement, and financial need. The recipient must be a resident of Richmond or Scotland County.
