David & Sandra Burns Scholarship

David and Sandra Burns Endowed Scholarship is provided to students with demonstrated financial need. To be eligible you must be a legal resident of the United States. Also, must be enrolled at least 1/2 time in a curriculum program at Richmond Community College.
