Joyce Engle-Black Memorial Scholarship

The Joyce Engle-Black Memorial Scholarship was established to benefit first-year, curriculum students at RIchmond Community College. The student must exhibit academic promise as well as financial need. Preference will be given to students who have been at Morrison Correctional or to students who have been incarcerated.
